Oregon City, Oregon - Week 28 - July 12 - July 18, 2021

This was a stunning week!  How so?  I met and completed the goal I had set for in the woods....I finished picking up and burning the downed branches and underfoot debris that had covered The Slopes.  There is still much much more to do, but for this season (burn season), and I can leave that phase behind and start working on spot spraying blackberries and holly.

To celebrate, I set up a hammock in the woods and read a book for about an hour.

We did continue to cut and stack wood.  Did a lot...have a lot left to do.

We celebrated Bev's birthday Sunday night.

Next week we are taking Camille and Shelby, in the camper,  to Crater Lake for their birthday activity.  Should be a fun release from our "farm work".
