Week 24 - Oregon City, Oregon - June16-June 12, 2022
Abby and her braces after 4 weeks. There is progress!
A busy week! On Wednesday we had the Activity Day Dinner and Dessert. It was a resounding success. Three adults helped me out - Dad, Bev, and Dan Yates. There were 8 kids.
I spent most of the week cutting, splitting, and stacking wood in the basement. My goal was to completely fill the space allotted to firewood. I achieved that and a bit more. My back is killing me because of all of the lifting. It was a big job to cut and stack but almost as big to clean up.
We also had a lof of grandchildren here. Bev was feeling really bad, Travis and Ann went to the coast to celebrate their 18th anniversary. Holland spent two nights with us which is a record to note.
Waffles for breakfast.
Coper and Holland are sleeping bag buddies.
Lots of hot tubbing in the afternoon!
More breakfasts
Saturday was Evan's 21st birthday. Warren made him a cake, and we facetimed him for singing.
Oh my Gosh!!!! I forgot that the first hearing of the January 5th Committee was on Wednesday. It was amazing!!!! Laid out a framework to show the DOJ that Trump did do illegal acts. There are three more this week. I will watch all of them. My heart's desire is that Trump will be indicted, tried, found guilty, and goes to jail!!!
