 Week 23 - Oregon City, Oregon - June 8 - Jun3 14, 2026

Warren and famil came over and planted the pumpkin plants for this year's crop!

On Wednesday we took Abby on her birthday gift atcivity.  She had her choice of whatever she wanted to do =-and she chose to go out somewhere to eat.  We decided to go to Amity, find a cute place to eat lunch, and then go to he Amity Cemetery where some of my ancestors are buried.

First - we discovered the Wheatland Ferry.  Abby had never been on a ferry, so it was a nice first.

After driving through miles of beautiful farmland we go to Amity.  On line I'd found about five cute placre to eat, but three were closed....so we drove on through the town and discovered an LDS Chapel.

There was no lunch there, so we returned to the town and discovered the Toro Loco (Crazy Bull).

The place turned out to be a little marvel!  The food was gratew!

I got the Crne Asada!

Now to find the cemetery and the Thomas graves.

Wednesday evening we had the last Activity Day activity for this school year.  We went to tne Newell Creek park and hiked the trail to the waterfall.

OnSunday we went to the year end ballet performance for Holland's Ballet School.  It was actually preety good...though we all afree three hours was too long.  Turns out that Holland did a very good job....she knew what she was doing and was very graceful in all she did.
