The plane ride was, thankfully, uneventful. We were in the very most rear seats which made it easy to get to the bathrooms and to walk around a bit. Jessica had treat bags for everyone (except adults, so I had to beg the kids for goodies). There were crackers, cookies, color books and brand new crayon sharpies, m&m's, and who knows what else they didn't want to show me.
Got the rental cars a mini van and a sedan.
Then off to find the house. We rented one on the east shore and north of Laie where the Polyneysian Cultural Center and the Temple are. I think the house we rented before was nicer but this one has a huge yard where we can throw a baseball and play catch, the beach is nice and safe with great sand and the access off the highway is not a suicidal experience.
Dinner time. We went to an Hawaiian restaurant restaurant in a strip mall. It was "normal" Hawaiian food with rice and maccaroni salad. We were so hungry and the kids so grumpy that I didn't get a picture of the food

I love all the pictures!!! I am able to imagine myself there and it's almost as good as being there. That beach looks better than our last one.
