Time to take grandchildren on an adventure. I've wanted to go to Oswaldo West State Park for years, and we decided the the was now.

This picture doesn't look all that interesting, but it was taken shortly after a miracle occurred in the camper. See.... The stove wouldn't light because gas wouldn't flow from tank to stove. Definently a worrisome problem. Dad tried over and over to get the tank to work. The kids thought of the evening ahead of uncooked noodles and a non functioning furnace. A prayer was needed and it was answered. The stove worked.

The next morning we began our hike to Cape Falcon
Searching for geocaches
Eating oxalis leaves
Measuring a circumference
Lunch on the trail
Tyler found the remains of a fossilized wooden walrus
Short Sand Beach was delightful
Time to head out
And find the ice cream shop
Time to returnhome
