What was the best thing that happened this week?
Hands down - the best thing was that on Monday, I had my first physical therapy appointment and officially got my walking boot removed!!!!!!!!!!!! It felt so good to walk again!! I do my PT exercises every day and can see the improvement.

We'd heard that Dan and Christie Pass had rented a "boom lift" so they could more easily paint their house. We went to their house and looked at it -oh!!!we want one. We've since talked to Val Glenn who says that his brother, who has a construction company, is going to retire and will sell all of his equipment. Val is going to call him and see what he has and when he may want to sell it.

Thursday we headed off to Riverside Campground. We'd planed to leave at noon, but leaving at 1:00 was a good start time anyway. I think this was the third or fourth time we've gone to Riverside Campground. We made reservations way back in February so that we could, for sure, get the campsites we wanted #1 #2, #3, and #4

We were there for 3 1/2 days. I've just clustered the pictures into the following categories:
1- Hanging around the campsite

2 - Bikes and Wagon

3 - Playing games

4 - food - Banana Boats provided by Dolores

- other food

5 - The river and the tubes and the floaters

6 - Day trip to Alder Flat

7 - my birthday present

8 - The new style of campfire - the Swedish Torch

9 - Day Trip to Banks Oregon to attend Grandma Danielson's 100th birthday party!

All good things usually come to an end. After a lot of effort, all 24 of us gathered for a group picture. Don't think anyone was crying.
Upon our arrival back in Oregon City, we got to empty our Black Water into our septic tank using the new disposal system that Malcolm set up while we were remodeling our deck.

This week was a great week!!
